Orders for delivery outside of Calgary will take 5-7 business days to fill and only ship on Wednesday or Thursday each week.
Once order is ready to ship, we’ll send an invoice and payment options via email. Orders must be PAID IN FULL before release.
All items are shipped vacuum sealed and frozen for next day delivery.
Shipping within Alberta is a flat rate of $50.00. Additional charges for very large orders may apply.

Products are packaged in insulated packages and transported in refrigerated vehicles and are to be kept refrigerated.
Neither Brant Lake Wagyu, nor Purolator are liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods once the delivery is made.
Brant Lake Wagyu reserves the right to refuse service or limit product due to availability.
There must be parking available directly in front of your building or a loading zone. Orders will not be delivered to individual apartments; your order will be delivered to the main entrance.
You will receive a text to let you know your order has arrived.
Delivery is limited to the province of Alberta ONLY, OUTISDE THE CITY OF CALGARY. No exceptions can be made.
Contact and delivery information must be completed on the order form. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delayed or cancelled delivery.
